Our Events
As a group we organise a number of major events to ensure our young people have the best opportunity. These events are reliant on our volunteers to run, who are we are hugely grateful.
In addition to these camps we attend district, county and Royal Navy events
Group Camp

Once a year we try and camp as a whole group. This can be part of the County, District or on our own.
Scout Summer Camp
Scout Summer Camp
Our Scouts camp for a week of fun on the water somewhere in the UK most summers. This camp is the first full week of the summer holiday.
Explorer Camp On The Water
Explorer Camp On The Water
Our Explorers will go on a weekend of sailing and water activities each year. This is a more adventurous camp for the older section.
Wild Camp
Wild Camp
Our Scouts attend our bi-annual wild camp. This camp sees the Scouts make their own way to Cannock Chase and camp in the woods in the winter. A real adventure.
London On The Water
London On The Water
Bi-annually we stay on the Lord Amory in London and experience time on a real boat. We have lots of fun in London too.
St George's Day
St George's Day
St George is the patron saint of Scouting. On St Georges day we have a fun event for all the family, coming together as a Group.
